Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. Her most well-known role was the role of Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). She also played her role as Jerrica Jem in the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. She is the younger sister of Ally. While growing up Aubrey performed with her school's Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School and was chosen as valedictory of this class in 2012 after she was a graduate. Harvard University admitted her, however, she was required to vote for her admission a second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples starred as a guest in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples was a part of the TV movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) as well as The Good Mother. The actress was cast in the role of a major regular in the second season of the show drama Nashville where she played Layla Grant. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples at the end of September as among the top American young actors.
